The Award Ceremony of the All Island competition on Social Dialogue and Work Place Cooperation 2013 Organized by the Social Dialogue & Work Place Cooperation Unit, Industrial Relations Division, Department of Labour of The Ministry of Labour and Labour Relations held on December 10th 2013 at Sri Lanka Foundation Institute Auditorium.
GP Garments was the proud winner of the Bronze Award in Large scale manufacturing category. In addition, this competition was a forum which displayed the skills and competencies of our employees. This was evident by winning the all island first place in short video presentation, all island first and merit award in Tamil medium poetry competition and also our own dancing troupe adding colour and glamour to the event.
These achievements highlighted the team approach prevalent at our work place and employer -employee cordial relationship.
