We, at GP Garments, never compromise on the product’s quality. Strict quality procedures, which must be followed through the entire production process, have helped us to build a strong reputation as one of the most reliable suppliers in the work wear industry worldwide. Before any fabric is shipped from our supplier, our in-house lab test controls if the weight, color-fastness and shrinkage are according to the agreed specifications. Once the goods are delivered in our premises, at least 10% of the fabric rolls are inspected through the 4 points system. For each production line, we have assigned an in-line inspector who is checking each and every sewing operation through the 7.0 traffic light system while another team is controlling 100% of the garments before assembling the front and back parts and at the end of the line. Finally, a 20 members’ audit-team, working independently and directly reporting to the General Manager, are continuously randomly checking the packed goods by following the 4.5 AQL quality standard.
Having been in the industry for several decades has enabled us to be somewhat flexible when it comes to our Sales Conditions. We are able to offer you shipping incoterms such as FOB, CIF or DDP. Our invoicing is done in either EUR or USD depending on the customer requirement or geographical location and our payment terms and conditions are subject to negotiation.
